California Notice at Collection

This Notice at Collection describes the categories of personal information that GREYSIS LLC, operating Voxnoto, may collect through voxnoto.com, the purposes for collection and use, and whether the information may be sold or shared as those terms are defined under California law.
This Notice supplements the Privacy Policy.

2. Retention
Uploaded files and transcripts are retained until the user deletes them or closes the account, subject to temporary backup retention and legally required retention.
Other information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for billing, tax, security, support, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Sale and Sharing
We do not sell personal information for money.
Use of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Pixel may constitute “sharing” under California law. Where applicable, California residents may opt out through our cookie settings. We also honor recognized opt-out preference signals where legally required.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of persons under 18. The Service is not available to persons under 18.
4. California Rights
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, California residents may have the right to:
- know and access personal information;
- request correction;
- request deletion;
- obtain information about disclosure, sale, or sharing;
- opt out of sale or sharing;
- limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
- receive equal service and pricing after exercising rights.
