Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Voxnoto may offer:

• weekly subscriptions;
• monthly subscriptions;
• annual subscriptions.

The price, included features, usage limits, billing period, and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal charge.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize GREYSIS LLC and Stripe to charge the applicable recurring subscription fee and taxes to the payment method on file.

The renewal period will generally match the initial billing period unless clearly disclosed otherwise.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

GREYSIS LLC does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may store and process payment details according to its own terms and privacy policy.

If a payment fails, Stripe or GREYSIS LLC may retry the charge. Access to paid features may be restricted or suspended until payment is completed.

You may cancel through the account or billing controls made available by Voxnoto.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

A cancellation survey, if shown, should be optional and should not prevent completion of cancellation.

You are responsible for confirming that cancellation was successfully completed.

Deleting an account and canceling a subscription are separate actions unless Voxnoto expressly confirms that both have been completed.

Before deleting an account, cancel any active subscription unless the deletion flow expressly states that it will also cancel the subscription.

30-day money-back guarantee. If the results do not win you over, you may request a refund of your first payment within 30 days of that payment. We return the full amount, no questions asked. Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account.

The guarantee covers the first payment for a plan, once per account. Beyond it, and except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable. In particular we do not provide:

• partial or prorated refunds for unused time;
• refunds because a user forgot to cancel;
• refunds for ordinary renewal charges beyond the guarantee window;
• refunds based only on reduced usage or change of preference.

We may also, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit in cases such as duplicate billing, an incorrect charge, or a verified billing error. Any discretionary refund does not create an obligation to provide similar refunds in the future.

If a refund is issued, access to paid features may end immediately.

Nothing in this Policy limits refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

Consumers in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may have mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

Where legally permitted, the checkout process may ask the consumer to:

• request immediate performance of the digital service during the withdrawal period; and
• acknowledge the effect of that request on the right of withdrawal.

Any mandatory rights will apply regardless of conflicting language in this Policy.

We may change subscription prices for future billing periods.

Where required by law, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect. A price change will not retroactively alter a completed billing period.

If you upgrade, downgrade, or otherwise change a subscription, the timing, credits, prorations, and effective date will be shown during the change process or handled according to the billing settings presented through Stripe.

Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes may be added at checkout or included in the displayed price, depending on location and legal requirements.
